Designed to replace an existing house that was too tight for their growing family. The clients had admired the industrial loft aesthetic of the warehouse district in Denver.  The exterior is a combination of untreated black steel and natural Alaska yellow cedar.  Exposed steel beams and rusted steel walls define the interior spaces.  They are working on landscaping.
